Speed – The AutoFix system will measure, analyze and report an average four (4) flange pipe spool in less than ten (10) minutes.
One person – When used with a Leica TS15 Sensor Robotic Total Station with auto recognition with motorized tracking, the measurement is a one person activity.

The results are available on site and/or workshop – Giving instant feedback to in-process work, pre-weld condition, etc. The Total Station is linked up to a laptop so that the survey can be processed and printed out on a portable printer in the form of an isometric drawing and spread sheet.
Accuracy is better than ± 0.4mm – When observations are within ten (10) meters of the Leica TS15 Sensor Robotic Total Station. Flange attitude and bolt orientation accuracy is better than 0.3mm.
Fast accurate in-house reports – Self certification, which can be presented to the client as a final dimensional control report.
Design Data Input – the visual database ‘AutoDesign’ handles design data input. The pipework specification and design dimensional data is used by the system for verification and comparison of results. Design input has a complete database for all standard flange types and pipe fittings.
Results are automatically compared with design information – The system works by performing a comparison with the design information. The results are automatically calculated, analysed and reported.
